Born and raised in Southern California, Melissa Paul Olson brings a dynamic blend of creativity, strategy, and genuine care to the world of real estate. With a background in the entertainment industry and a transformative experience studying Astronomy and Italian in Florence, Italy, her path has been anything but conventional. After years in experiential marketing, Melissa found her true fit in real estate, where she could combine her people-first mindset with her sharp eye for branding and negotiation. She became a licensed California Realtor® in 2019 and launched Melissa Paul Properties, LLC in 2021.

In 2023, Melissa joined Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California as part of renowned luxury agent Yawar Charlie’s team. There, she played a key role in high-profile transactions, marketing strategy, and client experience, quickly becoming an integral part of the team’s success.

Now serving as Director of Operations, Melissa oversees the day-to-day execution, systems, and strategy that keep the team running at the highest level. From managing complex transactions to optimizing workflows and marketing initiatives, she ensures every detail is handled with precision and care, allowing agents and clients alike to have a seamless experience.

In addition to her leadership role, Melissa continues to work directly with buyers and sellers, specializing in luxury real estate across Los Angeles. Known for her strong market knowledge, strategic mindset, and approachable style, she brings a sense of ease and confidence to every transaction.
